Enenmony offers a variety of products and brands from a variety of suppliers to purchase the gifts. Our return policy varies by product and supplier, and is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you have an item that you would like to return/exchange, please reach out to us at contact@enenmony.com as early as you can
Any damaged products returned/exchanged gifts must be sent to us in their original packaging, intact and untampered, within the allotted window for returns, typically 15 days. If eligible, products will be exchanged for Wishlist Credits, which can be redeemed for future functions or can transfer to friends and relatives. We do not offer refunds.
During online payment using using credit, debit card or UPI, if your transaction is incomplete because you have either, not entered the relevant details, or hit the return/back button before payment is processed, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Enenmony refunds after deducting necessary transaction fee to the contributor based on the approval from function organizer.
